Bournemouth has
it all - sun, sand and sea. It has two of the best and cleanest beaches
in the country, stretching some seven miles in all. There are many forms of entertainment and attractions for the entire
family - young and old; including nature reserves, water sports and activity centres.

Bournemouth’s safe,
clean, and sandy beaches have won the European 'Blue Flag' accolade
many times. Dog free and smoke free zones also add to the environmental
quality - so important to families with young children. All activities
are thoughtfully zoned and monitored so that the beach remains a
safe place for all visitors.

The striking pier on Bournemouth's popular South beach is home to some of Britain's best comedy acts, which can be seen throughout the summer. This is one of the oldest piers in the country, completed in 1855 and has been recently been splendidly restored and refurbished.
The nearby New Forest is the largest area of woodland and open heath in England, now under the careful administration by the Forestry Commission, established as a hunting ground by William the Conqueror.
There's
a lot to pack into a visit to the historic nearby harbour town of Poole
- its lively High Street, thriving quay, museums, and many other
attractions - a day just isn't enough so make you have plenty of time to enjoy the visit.
Bournemouth has many attractions; excellent restaurants and cafe's with an abundance of good food and a wide variety of interesting shops.
Additionally there is plenty of entertainment and a vibrant nightlife all to be found around this holiday and affluent area of Dorset.
